Never let an unpaid invoice
go quiet.
Open Ledgerly and see who owes you, whose payment promise slipped, and exactly which reminder to send next. Copy, send, log, done.
No cloud, automated sending, or background notifications. Ledgerly works when you do—most users run the Collect queue once a week.
Collect
Client, balance and missed promise are already filled.
A spreadsheet stores invoice rows.
Ledgerly tells you what to do next.
One job.
Done properly.
Ledgerly is not accounting software and it does not send email for you. It gives solo freelancers a faster, calmer system for collecting bank-transfer invoices themselves.
A queue, not another ledger
Missed promises and overdue balances rise to the top automatically. Start with the first card instead of scanning rows.
The next reminder, already written
Choose gentle, direct, or firm. Ledgerly fills the client, invoice number, live balance, due date, and payment promise.
Close the collection loop
Log the next follow-up, promised date and amount, then record full or partial payment without losing the history.
Private—with an honest backup story
No account, cloud database, or app telemetry. Your records stay in your browser profile, and JSON export is your portable backup.
Try the Collect queue
before you buy.
This is the actual offline app running in your browser with sample invoices. Try a reminder, log a promise, record a payment, then reload to reset it.

You only need a list
You are happy maintaining formulas, drafting every reminder from scratch, and deciding priorities yourself.
You need the next action
You want unpaid balances ranked, reminder copy ready, promises tracked, and follow-up dates visible—without a cloud account.
You need automation
You want online payments, automatic email reminders, bank feeds, tax workflows, or multi-user collaboration.

Private does not mean
automatic backup.
Your records live in your browser profile on your computer—not inside the HTML file. Clearing browser data, changing profiles, or moving devices can make local records unavailable.
Ledgerly cannot see or recover your data. Export a JSON backup after important changes and store it like any other business or financial file. Backups are not encrypted.
Before you
open the queue.
Does Ledgerly send reminders automatically?+
No. It drafts the right message and logs your follow-up, but you send it through your normal email app. Ledgerly works when you open it.
Where is my data stored?+
Inside the local storage of the browser profile you use. The JSON export is your portable backup; your data is not stored inside Ledgerly.html.
Can my team share one workspace?+
No. Ledgerly is a solo product. You may use it on your own computers, but copies do not synchronize.
Can it replace accounting software?+
No. Use Ledgerly for collection follow-up. It does not calculate tax, reconcile a bank, send payments, or replace an accountant.
